Part 1: How to Purchase

1. Choose Your Amount Select the desired voucher value from our shop and add it to your basket.

2. Complete Checkout Proceed to checkout as normal. Once your order is processed, your voucher will be prepared.

3. Receive Your Voucher Depending on your selection, you will receive either a digital voucher via email or a physical voucher by post.

• Your Unique Code: Every voucher features a unique code written clearly on the design. This code represents the total monetary value of your gift.

4. Gifting You can print the digital version, forward the email, or hand over the physical card. The recipient will have one full year (12 months) from the date of purchase to use it.

Part 2: How to Redeem

If you have received a gift voucher, follow these steps to use it:

1. Browse & Select Visit the shop and add your favorite yarns, patterns, or class bookings to your shopping cart.

2. Enter Your Code At checkout, look for the “Discount Code” field. Enter the unique code exactly as it appears on your voucher.

• The voucher value will be applied to the total price of the items or classes in your basket.

3. Shipping & Delivery * Postage: Please note that the voucher value applies to products and services only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid separately.

• Local Pick-up: If you are local, you can select the “Local Pick Up” option at checkout to skip shipping fees entirely.

4. Finalizing Your Order * Single Transaction: Vouchers are valid for a single use. We recommend using the full balance in one transaction, as any remaining value cannot be carried over.

• Remaining Balances: If your order total is higher than the voucher value, you can pay the difference using our standard payment methods.
